Ira is ACE certified, has been involved in the fitness industry for more than two decades.  Prior to starting Atlantis, he managed several health clubs on Long Island--including Hollywood Health Spa (now New York Sports Club).  Ira is regarded as one of the premier trainers in our area and also holds various bodybuilding titles. 



Debora Rappa
